The programme 2026 has been released
A preview of the programme 2026 has been published and you can keep visiting the page to discover new additions that will be added in the next few weeks. Booking will open on June 1st and there are some great news! A very important one for La Meridiana and for the students does not concern the program itself, but the accommodation! A long awaited dream, nurtured by the founder Pietro Maddalena for at least 30 years, will finally become a reality: New lodgings, on site, built in the old hayloft.
New instructors – New courses
The ceramics world is constantly evolving, with ceramicists experimenting with all aspects involved in ceramics. Since a few years now, Glup has become very popular. The crazing surfaces and the brilliant colors, the astounding nuances of texture that can be obtained are quite striking. In the programme 2026, Experimental Clay and Unique Surfaces will push the boundaries of material behavior, providing tools to unlock new creative possibilities by making clay and glaze work in unprecedent ways. Throwing – Intensive courses
More and more students are realizing the importance of intensive training for solid progress on the wheel. That is why we have increased the number of one, two and three month intensive courses in the fall, winter and spring.
